Resizing

I've happily used PDF Creator for a few years.

I am a bit perplexed what happens when I try to resize a PDF file.

I had a 63MB 250p scan and when I tried to cut off a third of it
into a separate file it turned out 112MB.

I tried a smaller cut off that came out 14MB at 300 dpi and 12 MB at
150 dpi.  I'd a thought it would be half.
