Recognizing the problems involved....

Are there any good PDF to Text converters that produce formatted
"stories" in Word or RTF format?

I'm looking for something that is simpler than cut and paste page by
page followed by newline removal.

Every PDF to formatted text converter i have seen tries to map the
page layout to Word/RTF or eliminates the formatting entirely.
