How to make "melted" letters ?

http://melico.org/fr/l_equipe Like here, the "m" and the "=E9" are sort of melted. For the others, one could just apply a blur filter and set the levels to get the corners round, but the 2 first letters are different. I was wondering if there is an easy way to do so ...? without redrawing shapes. L
