GIMP 2 6 3 Toolbox not minimizable

GIMP 2.6.3: Toolbox not minimizable

Is there a way to make the toolbox disappear, when all image windows were sent to the taskbar? Or send the toolbox to the taskbar as well? Since the change of the toolbox being a add-on to the image-window instead of being the application-window (like in earlier times) the toolbox remains visible on the desktop. Thanks, Michael

I'm using 2.6.3 on a slackware 12 box, and I cannot minimize the toolbox: there is no minimize icon, and when I right click the title bar, Minimize is grayed out. John. -- Using the White Box
